A blend of 3 hop varieties are added throughout the boil to create a massive citrusy hop flavor with a great floral aroma. The specialty malts include Simpson's medium crystal, carapils and amber malts to help round out the taste.

Kit Details

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us!

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.

Great all-around IPA

If you like IPA's, you will like this one. The bitterness is just right to balance out the malt with a great hop flavor and aroma to start. This was the first beer I brewed and I was very pleased with the outcome.
