Voyager from Imperial Yeast is a highly flocculant yeast strain that delivers wonderful aromatic characteristics that work well with hops, though it can also be used on malt-forward beers. It is often used in the production of American and British-style ales, from milds, bitters and ESBs to pale ales and IPAs! It lends a fullness to beers, giving them some body and a rounded feel. Ester production can be manipulated through temperature control, a cleaner profile given when this yeast is fermented at lower temperatures. A very flexible and strain that will warp your taste buds to another dimension!
ICE PACK INCLUDED
We include complimentary ice packs with ALL liquid yeast orders (if required), but cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during transit, and thus the yeast can potentially be exposed to hot temperatures. We highly recommend ordering dry yeast during the hot summer months or if you are ordering from a warmer climate. Many times during the winter an ice pack is not needed so we make the determination based on current temperatures and the destination!
