A blend of 3 hop varieties are added throughout the boil to create a massive citrusy hop flavor with a great floral aroma. The specialty malts include Simpson's medium crystal, carapils and amber malts to help round out the taste.

60 minute IPA
I usually brew the All Day IPA clone from Founders, but this is my new favorite.

This Beer is going to my go-to brew
This is a great tasting hoppy beer with a nice clean finish that isn't at all bitter. Give it at least 3 weeks in the bottle to really mellow and bring out the flavors. We did a tasting at work and two people who typically don't drink hoppy beers said they would drink this every day!

'Nuther Winner!
Well, the keg is almost gone ... too soon. Went head to head with 60 min and this brew won the taste test! Used Wyeast 1056. Another great kit, GF! Would definitely brew again!

Great IPA
This one turned out at 7.61% (OG 1.067 FG 1.009). Well balanced IPA, that wasn't overly bitter, and had a nice citrus flavor. This is one that is a crowd pleaser for anyone that enjoys IPA's.

Excellent IPA
An excellent and delicious American IPA! Great value. Twice the quality of store bought beer at half the price. My first attempt at dry hopping, but not my last. Will purchase again. Also the wife LOVES it!
