Dingeman's is a maltster from Belgium that produces a wide range of top-quality malts and malted products. Their Belgian pale malt is very similar to a British pale malt and can be used interchangeably if need be. However, many people prefer to use Belgian pale malt in Belgian style ales, such as blondes, pales, dubbels and trippels. Belgian pale malt has been more highly kilned than standard 2-row, and as such has a more rich flavor. An excellent base malt, Dingeman's pale malt has been fully modified and only requires a single-infusion mash for full conversion.

Great efficiency
I bought a bag of this malt to make a few Belgian beers in a row, and I found that I was 5-10% more efficient on my fly sparge setup. I used the Dingemans pilsner malt with my tripel and got the same results. Great malts from Dingemans!

WPA base
Used this for a white IPA base instead of two row- just to try something different. Got my order the next day so very fresh. Great gold color. I haven't done too much all grain to compare taste but defiantly worked for what I was expecting based on the description and research I did on base malts. -cheers
