The bite of Citra is offset by crystal 60L and melanoidin malts, which contribute body, sweetness and character to the beer, A touch of carapils for body and foam stability is included as well, perfectly balancing this beer. All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.
