A Great Table Wine
For the price, the California Trinity Red makes a great table wine. This is one of the few kits I've done multiple times, and it has come out great each time. It is light and turns around quickly, easily ready to drink three months from bottling day. However, it improves with age for up to a year. At $85 for the kit, getting 30 bottles means you are paying around $3 a bottle. At that price, it's WAY better than Charles Shaw!
