Freeze-dried direct-set cheese cultures from Cultures for Health! These Chevre cheese cultures are used in making Chevre, a soft and creamy cheese traditionally made of goat's milk that can be used in spreads and dips for breads, crackers, fruits, vegetables and more! Each pack can be used at a rate of 1 pack per 1 to 4 quarts of fresh goat's milk. As these are direct-set cultures, each packet can be used only once. These direct-set cultures contain both starter culture and rennett. Take the fuss and muss out of cheesemaking with these easy-to-use cultures from Cultures for Health!
