Our secret ingredients are caramel wheat, melanoidin and chocolate wheat for layers of flavors. Spalt and hallertau are used at the beginning of the boil and at 30 minutes.

Kit Details

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us!

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.

Nice Beer
One of the few beers I've made that my wife liked the smell of during the brewing process. Did not rack to secondary and it wouldn't next time either. Bottled and have had several in my basement for a couple of months. It's getting better with age.
