This is a replacement inflatable gasket for the lid of the Marchisio 1000L stainless steel variable capacity fermenter. This gasket measures 1000mm in diameter, and inflates to create a seal inside the fermenter, protecting your wine from oxidation and outside contamination. While the tank does come with one, it can go missing or become damaged. If this happens to yours, this is the replacement part you need!
