This is a pineapple flavoring that can be used in the beer or winemaking process. It would work well in a wide range of beers and wines. It would work well in an IPA to make a pineapple IPA, or in Belgian beers and sours to accentuate some of the fruity esters. Made from all natural ingredients, its recommended dosage is up to 4 ounces for a 5 gallon batch of beer, or added to wine to taste. It can be added in the secondary or to taste at bottling or kegging time.
