Stable flavors and aromas across a wide temperature range, HotHead Ale yeast is an Omega Yeast Labs exclusive! This Norweigan ale strain - from the Stranda Kveik - is fairly high flocculating with a high rate of attenuation, and is suitable for a wide range of American, English and Norweigan style ales! No need for temperature control when using this yeast, as it shows very little change in character even across its wide temperature range! Its unique flavor profile is reminiscent of honey and ripe mango, and pairs well with modern, fruity hops.

ICE PACK INCLUDED
We include complimentary ice packs with ALL liquid yeast orders (if required), but cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during transit, and thus the yeast can potentially be exposed to hot temperatures. We highly recommend ordering dry yeast during the hot summer months or if you are ordering from a warmer climate. Many times during the winter an ice pack is not needed so we make the determination based on current temperatures and the destination!
