Great malt for a Pale Ale
I replaced the base malt in my House Pale Ale all grain recipe with this Patagonia Extra Pale Malt. I have made it three times since and I won't be switching back. This is a great base malt for a Pale Ale.

Owner Response: Thanks, Pam for the great review! We love this malt too. We Just need to get more people to use it, and we're convinced they'll be hooked. Cheers!
Oh Patagonia :)
This stuff is amazing and produces an amazing wort. The extra pale comes through nicely with very mellow tones allowing you to take full advantage of the hops. Wish I ordered more but for now I'll have to reminisce while I drink a brew. That said I wasn't sure of the boil time so I treated it as a pilsner and boiled longer. O DMS so OI think I did well. I'd be tempted to go back to 60 min if I had some more.
