The balance between hops and malt are the hallmark of this recipe. A combination of Centennial, Simcoe, Warrior and Cascade hops blends well with the background of munich, wheat, 20L crystal, carapils and aromatic malts. This pale ale is Pretty Darn Good (PDG). Cheers!

Pretty Darn Good!
This is a nice "go-to" kit. Well balanced between malty and hoppy. Would brew it again.

Pretty Darn Good, indeed.
This was my first brew, and though there were a few times I thought I had fouled up it came out surprisingly good! Easy to follow instructions, slightly bitter at first, then hoppy, with a citrus finish. I've never had the real deal PDG, but this is a pretty darn good beer.

VERY good Pale Ale!
This was my first attempt at brewing and I am very happy with the results! Instructions are straight forward although the book recommended by an employee (How to Brew) was a welcome addition to the process. I will definitely brew this kit again. Thanks GF!
