A perfect bladder press for soft fruits such as grapes and berries, as well as fruit that has been pulped to a medium consistency, this 40 liter bladder press uses the power of water at 3 bars of pressure to expand the bladder and extract juice through its slotted mesh screen. The juice then flows down into the base where it can be collected. The result is more yield of juice for wine making! Speidel's bladder press has a slotted screen which is highly efficient for juice collection, and also has a recessed valve assembly that is more resistant to accidental breakage than other models. A press cycle on this press generally takes about 40 minutes to complete. This is a great bladder press for pressing grapes and other fruit pulps!
