Harvest time is here, and what better way to ring in the late summer and early fall than with a beer that uses the literal fruits of the harvest? When Cherry Met Sally is an American wheat beer that is simple in its formulation...wheat, barley and a little bit of aromatic malt make up the grain bill, with a single addition of Mt. Hood hops for bittering. However, upon this base, a beautiful beer is created through the addition of 100% pure Montmorency tart cherry puree! The subtle wheat character marries perfectly with the tart cherry flavor to give a very drinkable and delicious fruited American wheat beer! Perfect for this time of year, we are proud to bring you When Cherry Met Sally as part of our Brewer's Reserve line of beer kits!
