This is a GREAT IPA for those that don't normally love IPAs! Tons of hop character, without all the bitterness. Like drinking a juice box :)

Caesar's Treehouse is based off Treehouse Julius, a very commercially-successful and incredibly popular East Coast IPA. This beer, true to style, is fruity, juicy and hazy, just like an East Coast IPA should be! With an aroma described as a "juice box," Caesar's Treehouse uses liquid hop extract shots for bittering, then a ton of flameout hops utilized in a "hop stand" for thirty minutes, and even more dry hops! The grain bill is simple, with two different kinds of oats to lend proteins and body, as well as add to the characteristic haze of the style. Honey malt and carapils also help to give this beer just a touch of character, and corn sugar helps to up the alcohol and dry it out just a bit. The resulting beer is the stuff hazy IPA dreams are made of, with a soft juiciness to the hop component and a nice drinkability. If you haven't yet had the IPAs of the East Coast, Caesar's Treehouse is an excellent introduction to the style!

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include suggested mash temps, target gravity levels, hop addition times, and all the important brewing steps!

Our all-grain kits come with the necessary grains and hops for a 5 gallon batch. Grains come crushed, unless requested to be un-crushed in the order notes.Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.

Great NE Style Ipa kit
Thought the beer turned out great. It had the hazey juice bomb that i was hoping it would. I used the Imperial Organic "Juice" yeast.

Solid clone of a great brew
Pretty tasty! Forgot to do the hopshot addition and still loved how it turned out. Double dry hopped and keg hopped, great aroma, similar appearance as Julius from Treehouse. A must try!

I've had Tree House beers
I have to say this was my very first all grain batch ever. I batch sparged it in a cooler system and after boil was at 1.058 OG putting me in the 65ish efficiency % according to the direction sheet. Fermented out to 1.011 FG. Threw dry hop addition in at tail end of fermentation (think I just missed active fermentation) and let sit for 7 days before kegging. It is an awesome beer. Not as juicy as TH brews but the mouth feel is there. I'm sure it has something to do with the fact this was my first AG brew. I WILL try this one again without a doubt. It has a decent aroma with a very smooth taste of citrus before getting a slight pleasant bite on the back of the tongue to finish. Couple people have said this is the best one I've done yet and the closest thing to a TH from me. You got to try this kit. I used A04 Barbarian - Imperial Organic yeast.

Owner Response: Thanks for the review, Wayne and glad to hear how good the homebrew turned out! Next time you brew this, I'd try the Imperial Organic Juice A38 Juice Yeast (Part# IMPA38). It tends to have a "juicier" characteristic than the Barbarian yeast. Cheers! Bryan
NE style IPA
This was my first all grain brew. Done 300 gallons of extracts over two years. Man was this one is a winner. Might be the best IPA I have ever had. ABV came out higher than expected and I wasn't complaining. The keg went quick so I immediately ordered another one.
