Our biggest, most ridiculous hazy IPA ever, Dumpster Fire has been brewing in our minds all year - both literally and figuratively! As the hits kept coming one after one, we decided we had to make a beer that was something different and completely out of the ordinary, so that we could cheers to the demise of the Dumpster Fire that 2020 has been! While the grain bill is relatively simple, it is HUGE, and includes corn sugar to dry it out a bit while boosting the alcohol. The specialty grains are rounded out with white and flaked wheat, flaked oats, and honey malt. This is the base upon which we heap tons of Cryo hops for a juicy New England style double IPA! Ten ounces in total of Cryo Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra - hops that are processed to make them roughly double the strength (so it's like a beer made with twenty ounces of regular hops!) - make this beer burst with hoppy goodness! Brew this one up and raise a glass to the demise of this emotional rollercoaster of a year. F@#% 2020!

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us!

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.
