Lemon flavoring can be used to make an excellent Lemon wheat beer or lemon blonde ale. You can also use this to add lemon flavoring to beer, wine, cider, mead...your imagination is the limit! This lemon flavoring uses 100% natural flavoring agents. For beer, wine or other beverages, use up to 4 oz. per 5 gallons. Add directly to secondary fermenter or to taste at bottling/kegging time.
- 4 fl. oz. container is enough flavoring for a 5 gallon batch of beer, wine, cider, or mead. We suggest add less at first, taste, and add more if desired.
