An aromatic West Coast Style IPA that exudes notes of resin, citrus, and other certain plants...ahem...Magic Dragon is our vehicle for Neo-Mexicanus hops. Packed with Neo-1, Multihead, Zappa, and Sabro, a few of these may give you couchlock! A few specialty malts round out the base malt giving it just enough character to stand on its own: chit malt for body and head retention, biscuit for toasty aromas, and crystal 60L for some hints of raisiny sweetness, this malt base is the perfect playground for these hops! Finished with a true West Coast yeast strain, this beer comes out hoppy, dank and delicious! Hail to the joint chiefs of staff with this brew! (Dave's not beer, man!)

Kit Details

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us!

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.
