An easy drinking American Pale Ale using super late additions of Mosaic Hops for a huge hop flavor and aroma. Mosaic is a newer hop on the market, crossed between Simcoe and Nugget. Look for big tropical fruit and floral notes, with some earthiness tossed in for good measure. A well rounded sessionable APA that you'll want to have a couple of.

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.
