So much funk! Bring on da Funk is a blend of the two Saccharomyces strains from Where's da Funk, plus a number of Brett strains. Brett bruxellensis and Brett lambicus make and appearance, as well as two Brett isolates from a Colorado brewery, and another two with intense Belgian character! These work together to develop a very complex sour beer over the course of aging, with fruitiness and funk! The Brett character will develop over time, as will acid production if exposed to oxygen.

ICE PACK INCLUDED
We include complimentary ice packs with ALL liquid yeast orders (if required), but cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during transit, and thus the yeast can potentially be exposed to hot temperatures. Many times during the winter an ice pack is not needed so we make the determination based on current temperatures and the destination!
