Vossa Nova is a Thiolized version of Voss Kveik, known for reliable haze and tangy citrus notes. This is Omega Yeast Labs' only kveik in the Thiolized series and allows for a broad temperature range and control of the fermentation speed to your liking. Expect lower thiol intensity at hotter temps due to more vigorous blow off, along with no diacetyl production due to DKO (Diacetyl Knock Out) technology. This is a fabulous yeast that can quickly produce citrusy beers of all kinds!
ICE PACK INCLUDED
We include complimentary ice packs with ALL liquid yeast orders (if required), but cannot guarantee that the ice packs will stay cold during transit, and thus the yeast can potentially be exposed to hot temperatures. We highly recommend ordering dry yeast during the hot summer months or if you are ordering from a warmer climate. Many times during the winter an ice pack is not needed so we make the determination based on current temperatures and the destination!
