Detailed Instructions, flavoring sachet, sweetener sachet and yeast located inside pouch. DO NOT OPEN until you're ready to make the cider.
- Pour concentrate, 2 lbs (.90 kg) of dextrose and 3 quarts (3 L) of boiling water in your 7.9 gallon (29L) fermenter and mix.
- Top up to 6 gallons (23 L) with cold water and stir in contents of yeast package.
- Store fermenter at 64 - 82F (18 - 28C) and leave for 7 days.
- Bottle and sore for 2 weeks before sampling.
