Scot's Pale is our clone of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Three additions of Cascade hops make for a well-balanced pale ale. Use the last addition at flameout or as a dry hop. Deep amber in color but not overly caramel flavored. Aromatic adds a touch of breadiness to the flavor profile. Using Wyeast's 1056 American Ale yeast will give you the signature drier finish of a West Coast pale ale.

If You Like SK Osiris
An awesome kit. This was my second try at making a successful batch. My first batch ended up with the name Sourpuss Nut Brown if you know what I mean. NOT a GF kit BTW. This batch was EXACTLY what I was looking for: great ingredients and easy to make, great fermentation, and in to the bottle within 2 weeks after brew day and on my palate 10 days later. YUMMY! I will likely buy this kit again!

Great Pale Ale
This was my first brewing attempt recommended by a very experience brewer. Followed excellent instruction to the letter and the results were fantastic. Love the sierria hop flavors. Goes down very smoothly and flavor is excellent. I highly recommend this kit. Easy to brew and beer is so refreshing to drink. If you like a mildly hoppy beer then this one will not disappoint.
