Vic Secret is a high alpha variety that is bursting with tropical fruit flavor! Notes of pineapple and passionfruit are prevalent, as well as lighter herbal and pine characteristics. Vic Secret has been described as very similar to Galaxy, but lighter and not as aggressive. Though this is typically a very high alpha acid hop, it has found favor among brewers as an aroma hop, used in late kettle additions and dry hopping. If you are looking for a good tropical South Pacific hop in the vein of Galaxy, Vic Secret is worth checking out!
