Going from extract to all-grain, this system really simplifies the process. I've brewed on other systems before and the brew easy makes brewing a breeze. Most importantly, my beers come out great and have scored excellent ratings in BJCP competitions. The clean-up is reduced which allows more time to enjoy the end of your brew day. The only issues I've encountered on my journey to brewing easy is: 1. BeerSmith or similar programs don't have a user friendly profiles built for spargeless systems. I fount that using BIAB for a mash profile works the best. 2. Brun Water has not proven me to be a spargeless friendly program. I've even upgraded to the full version. This could be user error but from my experience, you should cross reference your results with another water program. Again, a guess, but these programs weren't originally designed for spargeless systems. 3. The Blichmann rubber fittings on the G2 spouts absorb a lot of heat and loosen over time. 4. Stuck sparges have happened and really screwed up my brew day. This occurred with a wheat beer and a high gravity stout. I believe this was my fault as I had circulating valves wide open. As with any system, I suggest adjusting your values during the mash process. 5. If you love high gravity beers, consider getting a the larger system. I purchased a 5 gallon breweasy and the 7.5 gallon mash tun makes it difficult to brew a high gravity beers and yield 5 gallons. If you have the 5 gallon system, stick to 3 gallon (high gravity) batches. Upside, you get to brew more! Overall, I love this system and I wouldn't trade it for the standard brewing setup. My efficiency has been great and my beers have been even better! Thank you Blichmann!
Great System

There is a learning curve to the system, but it works great with decent efficiency "out of the box". I haven't even implemented any of the recommendations posted on this site and others to increase efficiency and I am getting 68% on the nose. System is easy to use and understand. My only concern is the quick cycling of the burner. Having gas takes away from any ability to "set and forget" during the mash, which I would imagine would be a benefit of the electric version. Overall, i rate this system as top notch.

Bought this system 6 month ago and I brewed a lot of batches, so easy to use and I had great result. All my beers taste great. As soon as you adjust your recipes to the system, results are impressive, remember to always pay attention to thermometer on kettles. I am so happy about the system that I have no regret at all of my purchase. Cheers Fabrice "Frenchy"

I bought the Blichmann breweasy from Great Fermentation. The breweasy looks great. It is a great buy. I don't have alot of space so I went with this system. It does come in alot of pieces but was easy to put together. Everything went together no miss holes or defects. But i would like to say thank you to Bryan, Jenny and everyone at Great Fermentation. I switched from midwest supplies not happy with customer service. Great Fermentation was very happy to help and answered all my questions even sent me info on gelatin for clearing my beer. I will always do business with Great Fermentation and will recommend everyone give them a try. Shipping was very fast. Thank you Great Fermentation.

Overall great product and well made. I'm only giving 4 stars because I had to redrill a hole on the tower of power LTE because they didn't line up and they sent the wrong size connects with the kit. I contacted Great Fermentations and the quick connect issue was resolved extremely fast so I'm very happy with them. Would def recommend this system.
