Demand is increasing for California Thompson Seedless juice for winemaking! These triple-use grapes (so called for their use as fresh table grapes, raisins and in wine) are widely planted in California. This year, our supplier is offering us Thompson Seedless juice for winemaking! This can be used as a jug wine or blending varietal. It is less complex than many wine varietals. However, as a blending grape, it can add a neutral character that may balance out more bold and over-the-top characteristics of other varietals.
