HopRocket is the name, hop infusing is the game. The HopRocket gives you one tool that can be used either as a hop back when transferring your wort from the kettle to your fermenter, or as an in-line hop infuser (aka Randalizer) for your dispensing system. Send your hop aroma into orbit with the HopRocket! (yes we know that was a corny line, but we couldn't help it). Intended for use with whole hops only.

The HopRocket is truly an innovative, one of a kind, hop infusing tool that is packed with awesome features. First, it can be used as a hop back on brew day, which helps keep volatile hop aroma compounds in solution after the boil. It also doubles as an in-line hop infuser (aka Randalizer) for your beer dispensing system by adding fresh hop aroma as you poor your finished home brew. Oh and one more thing, it triples as in-line filter. (If using as a filter, a pre-filter should be used in the brew pot as excessive material entering the hop rocket can cause it to plug.) Intended for use with whole hops only!

  • 100% stainless steel construction and silicone seals.
  • Pressure-tight up to 40 PSI.
  • Holds up to 3 oz. of whole hops as a hop back, and 4 oz. as an infuser - twice as much as the competition!
  • No need to monitor wort level - will never overflow and spill like competitive units!
  • Fully enclosed system from brew pot to fermenter means no volatile hop aromas are lost.
  • Inlet at the bottom allows air to automatically purge to reduce hot-side aeration.
  • Fine filter with wiper seal sends very clear wort to your fermenter. Coarse filter and cone bottom inlet prevents wort channelling and backup for even hop utilization.
  • Works on gravity systems and with pumps (about 4ft (1M) of static head is recommended for best gravity performance).
  • 1/2" NPT connections are easy to adapt to.
