This Berliner Weisse style beer is light and dry with a tart finish. Highly refreshing and low in alcohol content make this ale a great thirst quencher.

Kit Details

Complete instructions are included with the beer kit. Our instructions include target gravity levels, hop addition times, suggested and required equipment lists, and all the important brewing steps! If you need any help, you can just call us!

All of our extract kits come with malt extract, hops, specialty grains (pre-crushed), grain bag, instructions, and yield 5 gallons of delicious homebrew. Yeast is not included but we've provided a selection of recommended yeast (liquid and dry) that you can add to your order in the drop downs above. Clarifying agents (i.e. Irish moss) and priming sugar can be purchased separately.

Fermented at higher temp with 5335 lactobacillus for a week, then finished with 1007. Used a 1L starter for both. Tasted great! Next time I'll probably try 3068 or other weizen strains to increase ester & phenol flavors. 5/5 do recommend.
